Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A, this position leads Sales Incentive, Compensation, and Sales Reporting Analytics for North America. The Manager will own the end-to-end processes supporting Sales Agent commissions, Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) calculations, SPIFF programs and CRM-based sales reporting. This position may be based in Sparks, MD; Huntersville, NC; or Apex, NC.

The Build (Responsibilities)
- Lead cross-functional process improvements and drive analytical rigor across systems and reporting platforms.
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of North America Sales Agents, including onboarding, financial modeling, performance tracking, commission payments, and stakeholder reporting.
- Lead end-to-end management of North America Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) program(s), including performance tracking, model maintenance, SAP sales territory master data maintenance, quarterly accruals, and year-end payout calculations.
- Develop and expand CRM-based sales reporting (Salesforce) to track pipeline, win/loss, and sales activity metrics, ensuring CRM data aligns with SAP actuals for one unified reporting view.
- Design and implement processes for deep-dive analytics using point-of-sale (POS) data, enabling insight into channel performance, product velocity, and pricing elasticity across major customers.
- Oversee SPIFF incentive programs, including ROI modeling, budget governance, and performance reporting.
- Deliver global eCommerce reporting for ATG leadership.
- Initiate SAP user access provisioning for Business Unit SG&A functions, ensuring proper controls and segregation of duties.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align incentive structures with business objectives and provide strategic insight to leadership.
- Support monthly close, quarterly forecast, annual budget cycles, and ad hoc financial analyses.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Compensation Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal control principles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP preferred).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau strongly preferred) and financial reporting from analytic databases.
- Proven track record of leading complex processes, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering executive-level insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
