The Blueprint (Role Profile)

Support operations by reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items to ship. Receive and communicate updates on any incoming shipments. 

The Build (Responsibilities)

  • Operate equipment in the shipping and receiving area to meet productivity targets set by the Company.
  • Pick orders as assigned, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition, and follow plant safety rules and policies.
  • May perform other duties as required by the department.

The Toolbox (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-years relevant experience preferred.
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch continuously.
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry 50 pounds.
  • Climb stairs and ladders.
